It's a Dog's Life Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, charitable, all volunteer, dog rescue organization. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs left homeless for whatever reason – dogs in public shelters where they are at high risk of euthanasia due to pet overpopulation, dogs given up by their owners because of difficult circumstances, and those in danger of abuse or neglect. We spay, neuter, and provide medical care, and foster dogs through our network of volunteers until we get them adopted into their forever homes. It's a Dog's Life Rescue does not have a shelter. We rely on the kindness and generosity of animal lovers like you who open their hearts and homes to help us take care of the animal orphans that desperately need our help. We strive to work with area shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless pets.
The adoption fee of $175 is used to cover expenses incurred with providing medical care to the dogs that are taken in by this rescue. Rarely do adoption fees cover the actual cost of caring for the pets in the rescue. Any donations, in the form of monetary PayPal donations ([email protected]), dog and puppy chow, blankets, beds and toys, make a huge difference to the dogs we have taken in - and allow us to help more animals.
We look forward to helping you find the right addition to your family! Please take a look at our available dogs page and keep up to date with us on our Facebook page. If you're interested in fostering or volunteering in any other capacity - please check out our foster application or reach out via our email address. We could always use more help and appreciate your willingness to get involved!!
